Inventory and traceability
Know which lot it is, when it expires and where it went.
Pixxoft Stock connects receiving, lot quantities, expiry dates, production consumption and sales, so stock is a trail of records rather than a number in a cell.

How stock is held
Four ideas the whole system is built on.
Stock lives in lots
Every unit sits in a lot at a site, with its quantity, expiry date and cost. Totals are built from lots, not typed in.
Every movement is written down
An append-only ledger records each purchase, consumption, output, sale, return and adjustment with the balance after it.
Oldest first, never expired
Stock is drawn oldest-first. Expired lots stop counting as on hand and are skipped by production and sales.
Checked every night
A nightly job compares lot quantities with the ledger and reports any difference, so drift is noticed rather than discovered.
Lot-level traceability
From the supplier's lot to the customer's sale.
Choose a stage to see what the system records there. Each link is a stored record, not something worked out when a report runs.
Step 3 of 5
A batch records which lots it consumed
Completing a batch draws materials from open lots oldest-first and writes one consumption row per lot used, so each batch knows which ingredient and packaging lots went into it.
What is recorded
- Formula version used
- Lot-by-lot consumption
- Substitutions and shortage notes
- Rejected units and leftover bulk
What this is, and is not
The data chain is complete and can be followed forward or backward. In the product today you view it one lot at a time: the lot screen shows which batches consumed it and which sales drew from it. There is no dedicated one-click recall or end-to-end traceability report yet, and the system does not provide quarantine or quality-control release.
Stock ledger
An append-only history of every movement.
Movements are added, never edited, and each shows the balance after it. Corrections are made with a new adjustment, so the history stays honest.
- Purchases, production consumption and output, sales and sale returns
- Stock adjustments for counts, damage, expiry, corrections and opening balances
- A Stock Movement report with CSV and PDF export
Movements are only ever added, never edited. Balances are reconciled against lot quantities each night.

Expiry management
See what is about to expire before it becomes waste.
Expiry dates come from the supplier or from each material's shelf life. Warnings use a window you can configure.
- Expired lots are excluded from use and sale
- A nightly job marks past-dated lots as expired and alerts staff
- Low-stock, out-of-stock, near-expiry and expired alerts on the dashboard
Expired lots stop counting as on hand and are skipped when stock is used or sold.
