This notice covers only the demo request form on this website. It describes how the form works today. It has not yet been reviewed as a legal policy.

What the form collects
Your full name, business name, business email, an optional phone or WhatsApp number (needed only if you ask us to call or message you), your industry, an optional business size, a description of your main operational challenge, and your preferred contact method. You also confirm that you agree to be contacted.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and, if you wish, arrange a demo and discuss packages and pricing. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share your details for advertising.
How it is sent
When you submit the form, a small script on the web server emails the details to Pixxoft's inbox. The script also keeps a copy of each request in a log file on the web server, outside the public website folder, so that a request can be recovered if email delivery fails. The website does not use a database.
Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing this site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice and a consent option will be updated first.
